It is just a nickname for our powerful e-bikes. You will see what we talk about when we start riding towards the castle! No worries, bikes are completely safe and easy to operate.
There is only one: minimum height requirement. All riders must be at least 160 cm or 5’3”.
That’s fine, one never forgets how to ride a bike! Even if you have never ridden an e-bike before, there is nothing to worry about, it is the same as riding a regular bike. Besides, our guides will give a quick intro before starting, we will give you time to adapt.
Our rule of thumb: if you can do groceries by yourself, you are fit enough. We do not race, we move at a very comfortable pace. And when the tour meets slightly challenging part — climbing up the castle, the electric assist of our “Rocket Bikes” will do the work for you. Easy peasy!
If they are at least 160 cm or 5’3” and can ride a bike, sure! For smaller kids, we offer child seats on the back of our bikes!
We have a bike trailer, that can fit one bigger or more smaller dogs. Quite frankly, we are testing the idea. We can give it a try, probably as a private tour, to be on a safe side with other guests, be sure to contact us first!
We use e-bikes manufactured by Ghost and Haibike, 27,5 inch wheel size, low-step frame for an easy get on/off, equipped with powerful Yamaha/Bosch 75-85 Nm engine. Bikes are built for comfortable and reliable ride.
At the moment we have got 8 bikes, which means maximum 8 guests per group.
We use all of our bikes for guided tours, unfortunately the answer is no.
The address is Kolodvorska ulica 7, Ljubljana 1000. There is no office, we meet outside, next to the black sign OGAM (Korean Restaurant).
To accommodate easily, it is the best if you arrive 15 minutes prior to tour departure.

Our online booking and payment system is currently under development. At the moment, we only accept cash payments at the meeting point.

The Slovenian law says: for children under 18, it is mandatory to wear a helmet. Adults are not required to wear one, but it is highly recommended. We took care of that, helmets are provided free of charge.
We do not go inside the museums and monuments, since that would disturb the flow of the tour too much. We will provide the overview, you can always return to your favorite spot later and explore more on your own!
We follow the saying, that humans are not made out of sugar, we run our tours normally in rain, we just ask you to dress accordingly. Although, heavy rain or storms can lead to rescheduling, rarely to cancellation, if there really is no other choice.
Please let us know at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure. We will be happy to offer you another date or completely cancel up your reservation.
Sure, you are welcome to bring your luggage and store it at our location situated very close to the meeting point.
